Mr. Gollamudi Satya Prasad is the Managing Partner in G Chambers. He has been practicing law since 1988 and has had a fulfilling career since. His versatility includes years of experience and has been practicing law before various courts and tribunals in India. In a span of over 35 years, Mr. Satya Prasad has built a litigation practice across various forums in the country, including but not limited to various Courts, Tribunals, and Commissions. He has been involved in advising on various Civil, Criminal and Arbitration matters to several individual and corporate clients.

Mr. Satya Prasad has also handled matters pertaining to the Factories Act, Tenancy Laws, Societies Act, The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, Passport Act, The Employees’ Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 to name a few, along with having immense knowledge and experience in handling various other complex matters.

Over a period of time, his practice has diversified into a range of other areas, including advisory, drafting and litigation matters. He has wide experience handling diversified commercial litigations and involved in advising and representing clients before the Supreme Court, various High Courts, NCLT, National Commission, State Commissions as well as before Arbitration Tribunal(s).

During his practice, he has associated himself with top law-firms and lawyers and is currently practicing before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, the Hon’ble Delhi High Court, Hon’ble Telangana High Court, various other courts in Delhi, Hyderabad, apart from various other Tribunals, including but not limited to NCLT, APTEL, Adjudicating and Appellate Authorities under PMLA and PBPT Acts, RERA Tribunals in Uttar Pradesh and Haryana. Mr. Harsha Gollamudi, has handled several matters in the areas of Arbitration, Real Estate law, Corporate Law including Insolvency laws, and also on other Civil Litigation and obtained injunctions and favorable awards/ judgments in several matters.

Mr. Harsha Gollamudi also has experience in vetting agreements, Legal opinions and general day to day practical legal advisory on business matters of several corporate clients. He has also been handling recovery cases for corporate clients at the Firm. Apart from the above, he has worked on few high-profile cases before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, Hon’ble Delhi High Court and also before various other courts.

He is one of the counsels in the case of Vinay Kumar Mittal & Ors vs Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Ltd. Mumbai & Ors filed on behalf of fixed deposit holders and also in the case seeking evacuation of about 850 Indian Pilgrims stranded in Iran due to Covid 19, before Supreme Court.

In addition to the above, he has vetted contracts for few startup companies and also vetted agreements executed between individuals. Mr. Harsha Gollamudi started his practice in the year 2018, and has reported judgments to his credit, with the prominent ones being the judgment passed by the Hon’ble Delhi High Court in the case of Kailash Devi Khanna & Ors vs DD Global Capital Ltd & Ors 2019 SCC Del 9954 and M3M India Pvt Ltd vs Dinesh Sharma AIR 2020 Del 23.
